Breakfast Smoothie

Lauren here! I’ve got quite the load of food allergies, so I get excited when I find a food or recipe  that a) I can eat, b) I don’t get tired of, and c) is super easy!

I drink this smoothie most mornings for breakfast, and it’s the perfect amount to hold me over for a couple hours! It’s so simple and takes no time!

Blend together…

  • 1 banana*
  • 7 frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup of Califia Farms Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Wa-lah! You’ve got breakfast to go!

 
 

*I usually use non-frozen bananas, but you can definitely use frozen! It may require more milk, or it will just be thicker.

It’s about 140 calories (bonus!). In the evenings if I’m craving dessert (and it’s a night where I don’t give in to ice cream…) I add a few chocolate chips!
